Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Lullaluxe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange (unless defective).

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened baby essentials) may not be eligible for return.
