  • Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

Due to hygiene and safety reasons for baby products, we only accept exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:

 

  1. The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  2. The item is in its original packaging with tags attached
  3. The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
  4. Proof of purchase is provided

 

  • Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  1. Items on sale or discounted
  2. Customized or personalized products
  3. Gift cards
  4. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care


  • Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  1. A defective item
  2. A damaged item
  3. Or the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


  • Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Once approved, send the item back to us

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

  • Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable


  • Refusal of Returns

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if:

  1. Items show signs of use or washing
  2. Original packaging is missing
  3. The return request exceeds the allowed timeframe
